    אני עושה יוגה שנים ויכולה להעיד שיוגה בהחלט תרופה טבעית בגילנו. חוץ מזה לא ציינת פה על עוד דברים מועילים לנו בגיל המעבר, אני בשנתיים האחרונות, עקב סימפטומים מציקים של גיל המעבר, התחלתי לקחת אומניום מולטי ויטמין-מינרל לנשים של סולגאר. יש שם המון מינרלים וויטמינים שחשובים כל כך לגוף. יחד עם יוגה זה ההרכב המנצח.
