:About myself

.I am a physician, I graduated from the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School in 1982

.I specialized and practiced General and Pediatric Surgery for 10 years

,Since 1992 I learned Traditional Chinese Medicine in a Physician’s course in Bar-Ilan University, and worked for a year on a daily personal basis with Dr. Qian Chu Yi from Guang-An-Men Hospital, Beijing

In 1994 I traveled to Guang-An-Men Hospital and the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Beijing, there I specialized under Prof. Li Guang- Rong in Gynecology and fertility problems

.During the year 1996 I specialized under Dr. Julian Scott and Teresa Barlow in Pediatrics in Chinese medicine

.I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine; my main tools are nutrition, Chinese Herbs and Acupuncture

My main fields of expertise are Gynecology, with an emphasis on Fertility (Female and Male), but also related topics like menstruation problems and menopause, Pediatrics, and Emotional/mental disturbances

For years I have been lecturing in colleges and universities on Chinese Medicine, and regularly am invited as a guest to TV shows, Newspapers and Radio programs

In 2005 I published, together with my life companion, Anat Zahor, who is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, the book “Mapa guide to Healthy Living”, which deals with leading a healthy way of life and gives natural solutions to many ailments
